I was put on this earth to help people find their frequency, express their truth and align with their purpose.
Since creating The Dig® method in 2012, my team and I have "dug" 1,000+ entrepreneurs, executives, authors, academics and speakers to help them access their truth and deliver the words they need to share it.
In 2022, I started training and certifying facilitators, and together we're building an inspired global community of truth seekers.
My Dig word? Authentic.
I strive to show the world what’s real, sharing my joy, my art, and my vulnerabilities - for better or worse. (and trust me, I've got a lotta both!)
And that’s what The Dig is all about: Reflecting on where you’ve been so you can claim your superpowers and light the path forward.
