ABOUT ERIN​​​​​​​​​​​​
Erin Weed is creator of The Dig®. She helps people to unearth their purpose, and distill it down to just one word. From there she helps people align their work with their words through the creation of manifestos, speeches TEDx talks and other spoken and written expressions.
Erin's work has been featured in Entrepreneur, Marie Claire, Galmour, The New York Times and she was a columnist for CosmoGirl magazine. Her first book - Girls Fight Back - was self published and she is currently writing her second after recently securing a deal with Hachette. (pub date: 2026)
Erin spent 13 years as a leading public figure in the crusade to end violence against women. After the murder of her college sorority sister in 2001, Erin built a movement of women teaching women to predict, prevent and if necessary, fight back against violence.

After selling the company, Erin started working for TEDx and to date has crafted hundreds of talks in collaboration with new world leaders who are evolving society.​
